We will provide shuttle service to and from the venue from designated pick-up and drop-off locations.

Shuttle to Venue: The shuttle will depart from the corner of Lungarno Guicciardini and Via de' Coverelli at 4:45 PM. We recommend waiting outside the Gelateria Santa Trinità in the shade. Please arrive a few minutes early to secure your seat. Scan the QR code for Google Maps directions to the pickup location.

Shuttle from Venue: Shuttles will be available to return to Florence starting at 11:00 PM until 2:15 AM. They will drop guests off back at Frescobaldi station.

We have arranged a special room block for our guests with the Lungarno Collection, a group of hotels in Florence. The hotels are located near our wedding events and the city's main attractions.

To reserve your room at a special rate, please email the hotel group directly and include our unique booking code.

Rate Information: Rates are per room, per night, and inclusive of breakfast and service. A separate charge will be added for: 10% VAT and a city tax of €8 per person, per day.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: There is no payment required at the time of booking. A deposit will be due one month prior to arrival. You will receive a secure link to pay this deposit a few days before the deadline. There is no penalty for cancellations communicated more than one month prior to arrival.

The room block is held for a limited time, so we encourage you to book soon to ensure availability.

What is the best airport to fly into?
We recommend flying into the Florence Airport (FLR). Flying into Rome (FCO) is also an option with an easy train ride from the city center.

What is the weather typically like in Florence, Italy during this time of year?
The weather in Florence in July is typically warm and sunny. We suggest checking a local weather forecast as the date approaches.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors.
